Entourage Map is a visual household mapping tool designed for Canadian financial advisors. The service allows you to create visual representations of client household financial situations.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify Entourage Map immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code
• Infringe on any intellectual property rights
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Entourage Map. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain all rights to the data you enter into Entourage Map. You grant us a license to host and display this data solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Client Confidentiality

You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate authorization to enter client information into the service and that you comply with all privacy regulations applicable to your practice.

Entourage Map is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
